Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping within the Netherlands
- Standard shipping: 2–3 business days
- Shipping cost: €7.45
- Free shipping on orders over €75.00
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.
Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at joshua@hyggehavenstore.nl. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hygge Haven is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
