Refund & Return Policy
At Hygge Haven, we want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage.
Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened essential oils or fragrance products
- Items marked as final sale
Shipping costs for returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
