Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently ship within the Netherlands only.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Return window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- How to return: Email us at joshua@hyggehavenstore.nl with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs: Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joshua@hyggehavenstore.nl with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
